This is such a fascinating perspective on how COVID created a technological education gap. I can see it for sure. We should always default to using our brains first. That is not a muscle we want to atrophy.

Yes, totally - COVID shifted how a lot of us learned to think about problems, not just tools. Brains first, interfaces second.

And now that I know friction‑maxxing is a thing… I’m tempted to embrace it more often. 😄
